How do I heat or cool Willow?
To Heat: Place dry, room temperature Willow weighted insert into a clean microwave.
Heat in 2 minute intervals and check temperature.
Heat for no more than 6 minutes total. Longer warming times may cause outer fabric to ignite.
Willow weighted insert may continue warming after being removed from microwave.
To Cool:
Place your Willow weighted insert in a clean plastic bag and leave in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until it reaches your preferred temperature.
