For decades, I battled severe anxiety and sleepless nights.
When I dove into nervous system research while becoming a licensed foster parent and started using sensory tools, they helped a lot. Yet, there were no adult-sized tools for our adult-sized stress.
So, I created Velle (pronounced vell).
