He is really cute. The arms, legs and body are weighted. He feels heavy than 3lbs, but does weight 3lbs. My grandchildren love him.

I just ordered Percy for my 6 year old grandson Bo that has nystagmus pretty bad and wears glasses. His birthday is next month and this will be one of his gifts 🎁. Of course his Nannan, which is me, needed one too.
