Hi, I'm Amy, founder of For the Cubs. I've spent years exhausted with anxiety, depression, and ADHD—feeling physically sick despite outward success, taking hours to complete simple tasks, and finding myself burnt out and exhausted, too tired to enjoy the simplest things.
Through years of personal trial and error, I discovered that alongside conventional treatment, what helped me through my hardest days were simple environmental supports: the comfort of weighted pressure, calming scents, and soothing sounds.
