Yes! With anything you order from For the Cubs, Percy comes with Percy's Promise. If you don't love Percy, just return your order for free within 30 days for a full refund.
What age is Percy suitable for?
Percy is suitable for ages 0+. However, we ALWAYS recommend Percy is used under adult supervision and with common sense. Common sense includes but is not limited to: Never leaving Percy in a crib with a sleeping baby/toddler or placing Percy on a child that cannot lift Percy on their own.
Percy's intended use is for hugs and snuggles only. Percy should not be thrown at people, other objects, or in the air. This may limit Percy's durability.
How big is Percy?
Percy is 15 inches tall and 11 inches at his widest point.
How do I heat Percy?
Place dry, room temperature Percy on his back with all paws folded on top of his body, into a clean microwave.
Heat in 15 second bursts and check temperature.
Heat for no more than 90 seconds total. Longer warming times may cause outer fabric to ignite.
Beads may continue warming after being removed from microwave.
Only adults should heat Percy.
How do I clean Percy?
Spot clean Percy with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Allow to dry completely before use.
How do I cool Percy?
Place Percy in a clean ziplock bag. Pop him in the freezer until cold.
When will Percy be delivered?
We do everything we can to get Percy to you as quickly as possible and process orders every day. You'll be sent a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled so you can track it.
What type of filling is used in Percy?
Percy's weight is made of natural clay beads that are unscented. The other type of filling that's used in Percy to make him so cuddly is called polyfil and found in most stuffed toys.
Are there any allergens in Percy's stuffing?
Percy's interior filling is hypoallergenic.
Is Percy durable for extended use?
Yes, if you follow the care & use guide provided, you'll get to enjoy Percy for a long time! We use premium fur and double seam stitching on his body so he can give lots and lots of hugs!
Is Percy scented?
Percy is not scented. If you'd like to add scent, we suggest placing essential oils under his arms and tail.

I’m 46 yrs old and have had horrible sleep for years now, always waking up in the middle of the night. I don’t know what it is but since Percy came I e slept thru the night in deep sleep every night. I recently went on an overnight getaway with my mom and she commented the next day that I didn’t move at ALL the entire night that she took Percy from my arms to see if I would wake up lol … I didn’t. She almost got concerned because she never saw me in such a deep sleep. We laughed. She put Percy back in my arms and I didn’t wake up again until she woke me asking if I wanted breakfast. So yeah, I don’t know what it is but Percy works for me :) love his cute lil self and the sleep he brings me!!!
